「Doing Business in Hong Kong and Japan」を開催しました

大阪弁護士会と香港律師会の共催、JETROとO-BICの協賛により、「Doing Business

in Hong Kong and Japan」のタイトルの研究会を2018年5月3日に香港国際仲裁センターにて成功裏に終えました。

まず大阪弁護士会の春田弁護士、赤﨑弁護士が大阪弁護士会、日本会社法及び労働法の状況について報告しました。

小林弁護士は、2018年から始まる日本国際紛争解決センターの状況を含む日本の紛争解決方法について報告しました。最後に藤本弁護士は、日本法のホットな点と両国・地域の法律上の差異について報告しました。

香港律師会の3名の律師も香港会社法と労働法の最新の状況について報告しました。研究会は通訳なしで全て英語にて行われました。両会の弁護士、律師及びその他の出席者は、研究会を通じて相互に学習をし、更なる交流が促されました。

On May 3, 2018, the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Osaka Bar

Association successfully held a joint seminar "Doing Business in Hong

Kong and Japan" with the cooperation of JETRO and O-BIC.

Four lawyers from the Osaka Bar Association served as lecturers. Mr.

Haruta and Mr. Akasaki, members of the Osaka Bar Association, introduced

the Osaka Bar Association and reported on the situation of Japanese

Company Law and Labor Law. Mr. Kobayashi reported on Japan's dispute

resolution measures, including an outline of the Japan International

Dispute Resolution Center established this year, starting in Osaka. Mr.

Fujimoto reported on hot legal topics in doing business or investing in

Osaka.

From the Hong Kong side,3 members of the Law Society of Hong Kong,

served as lecturers on the latest topics of Hong Kong Company Law and

Labor Law, and the tips on doing business or investing in Hong Kong.

This seminar was held in English without interpreter.

All lawyers of the two Associations and the other participants

enthusiastically listened to all the seminars, and spent a meaningful

exchange time.

本次于2018年5月3日，由大阪辩护士会、香港律师会共同举办，对日投资商务支援中心（JETRO）及大阪外国企业招商中心（O-BIC）联合赞助的研讨会“Doing

business in Hong Kong and

Japan（如何在香港及日本开展商业活动）”在香港国际仲裁中心成功举办，这场研讨会全程以英语进行，大阪辩护士会的春田尚纯律师与赤崎雄作律师针对大阪辩护士会、日本公司法及劳动法进行报告，小林和弘律师介绍包括2018年开始的日本国际纠纷解决中心在内的日本纠纷解决机制，藤本一郎律师分享港日两地法律实务最新情况及法律差异。香港律师会3名律师亦分别报告香港最新公司法、劳动法最新商业趋势等。

通过这次研讨会，两会的律师以及其它出席人员加深了对彼此法律事务的了解，相互间也促进了更进一步的交流。

Official Launch of Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (Osaka)(JIDRC-Osaka) on May 1st!!

大阪弁護士会国際委員会の児玉実史です。

4月10日のブログでご紹介した日本国際紛争解決センター（大阪）が、本日業務を開始しました！

正式オープンに先立つ4月26日には、オープニングセレモニーが開催され、弁護士だけでなく、法務省、経済団体、企業法務担当者、研究者、在阪領事館員など150人以上が会場を埋め尽くしました。

既にスポーツ仲裁セミナーや国際調停セミナーの予約が入っているほか、商事仲裁やスポーツ仲裁の実際の審理に使えるかという問い合わせや見学希望も来ているとのことです。

大阪弁護士会が現在唯一の法人正会員となって支えているこのセンター、今後の活用が期待されます。

Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (Osaka) officially launched today (May 1, 2018).

JIDRC (Osaka) is the first facility in Japan for arbitration hearing and ADR-related seminars, with simultaneous interpretation booths and video conference system.

Prior to its official opening, the opening ceremony was held in April 26. More than 150 people from the government, consulates, business organizations, academics and legal profession gathered and celebrated the historic launch of JIDRC.
